Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy

 

Should you find it necessary to cancel or modify your reservation, we require a 7-day notice prior to the check-in date in order to refund your deposit less a $35 fee. If you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit the 50% deposit. **Please note that this policy does not apply to reservations booked with an Advanced Booking Rate (100% pre-paid non-refundable rate)

 

Service Fee

 

All rates are subject to a nightly service fee of $6.95 that is included in your Total Stay information under Taxes and Services.

Check-In is at 3:00pm, and Check-out is at 11:00am.

 

Special Requests

 

Please give us a call directly with any special requests. We do not have extra beds including cots, roll-away beds, or cribs but we do have a limited number of pack and plays for small children.

 

Minimum Stays

 

We have a minimum stay requirement for reservations according to time of year. Reservation modifications can be made more than 14 days prior to arrival, only if they still meet our minimum stay requirement for your reservation dates. Modifications within 14 days of arrival cannot be accepted.

 

Parking

 

Due to the limited number of spaces, one car only is permitted per room.

 

100 % Non-Smoking Policy

 

We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind in any of our rooms or buildings. Candle burning or the use of incense is also prohibited. This includes balconies, patios and our wrap-around porch. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas such as in our parking lot.

Pets are permitted in dedicated pet-friendly rooms only and additional policies & fees apply. Contact us directly for additional information.
