rates are
based on double occupancy. Additional person $10.00 extra,
children under 12 stay free. Add $10.00 extra per room for
Friday & Saturdays. 7% Lodging Tax will be added to room
rate.
Reservations and deposits; one night stay requires
full payment due at time of reservation. 2 or more nights
require a 50% deposit at the time reservation is made.
Cancellation policy, cancellations are required 14
days prior to arrival. Reservation deposit is refundable less
a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations not made within the
14 day cancellation guidelines will forfeit the entire deposit
amount. No refunds for early departure.
Rates are subject to change without notice ,based on
availability, special events, and holidays. |
